Refund Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

This Policy applies to TextImageMaker Credit packs and monthly subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Credit packs

You may request a full refund within 14 days after purchase if none of the Credits issued by that purchase have been used. Once any Credits from the purchase have been consumed by a successful cloud operation, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

First subscription payment

You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days if none of the Credits issued for that billing period have been used. A refund ends the paid entitlement associated with that payment and removes its unused Credits.

Subscription renewals

You may request a refund of a renewal charge within 7 days after renewal if none of the Credits issued for that renewed period have been used. Canceling a subscription alone does not refund the current period; it prevents the next renewal.

When refunds are not normally available

Payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable request window, after related Credits have been used, or for completed AI operations. This does not affect refunds required by law. Failed cloud operations automatically restore the Credits charged for that operation, but this is not a cash refund.

Duplicate, unauthorized, or failed service charges

Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, suspected unauthorized payment, or material failure to provide paid service. We will review the account and transaction individually. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership and the payment.

How to request a refund

Email support@textimagemaker.com from the address connected to your account. Include the payment date, amount, plan or Credit pack, and a brief reason. Do not email full card details.

Refund method and Credits

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, Link, your bank, and the payment method. When a payment is refunded, unused Credits issued by that payment are removed automatically. For a partial refund, Credits are removed in proportion to the cumulative refunded amount. Your balance will not be reduced below zero; if associated Credits have already been used, the request may require manual review.

Merchant of record and statutory rights

Where Checkout identifies Link or a Stripe affiliate as merchant of record, that provider administers the transaction and may handle or decide refunds under its buyer terms and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights—including rights that cannot legally be waived—take priority over this Policy. If you ask for immediate delivery of digital service and begin using Credits, applicable law may affect a statutory withdrawal right.
